We developed a master site plan for the developer. The developer is utilizing this plan for marketing as well as financing. Once they have secured anchor tenants, we’ll move ahead to design their projects as architects and engineers, with the possibility of negotiating as the general contractors.

Our role in this project was conceptual. This project is currently on hold.
