Interior project where the rendering was done by hand. This was originally done as a mall tenant buildout. We were a design-build contractor where we performed as architects, engineers, renderers, interior designers, and general contractors. This restaurant is no longer in the food court.
Interior design build out of a 10,000 square-foot high-end office space. Most of the building is office space, which occupies 6,000 square feet, and the warehouse portion is 4,000 square feet. Our role in this project was architects, engineers, interior designers, and general contractors.
We developed a master site plan for the developer. The developer is utilizing this plan for marketing as well as financing. Once they have secured anchor tenants, we’ll move ahead to design their projects as architects and engineers, with the possibility of negotiating as the general contractors.
Our role on this project is the architects and engineers. We developed a master plan for a shared site with Anytime Fitness as well as architectural and engineering drawings. State Farm is acting as their own general contractor, and we are the construction managers.
